Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu namely Glariya Jasin, minor daughter of the petitioner, aged 17 years before this Court and hand over custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to produce her daughter/detenue, aged about 17 years.

2. On notice issued by this Court, the second respondent police has produced the detenue by name Glariya Jasin, who is a minor girl aged 17 years. She has been enquired by this Court and she stated that she has gone to her uncle's place and now returned to her parents house and her parents were also present. Considering the said facts, question of illegal detention does not arise.
