Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is seen that there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in O.S.No.88 of 2016

before the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi, in which, the fourth respondent has obtained an order of interim injunction against the petitioner. The same has not been disclosed in the present petition.

3. In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be acceded to. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
