2.Today(22.11.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the mercy petition of this petitioner has been considered and rejected by a detailed order passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government in Letter (D) No. 607/Pol.VI/2023, dated 05.11.2024. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the above letter is also placed before this Court.
