Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order passed in P.D.No.19/2015, dated 21.04.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband viz., Selvam S/o.Kulandaivelu, male, aged 57 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) Challenging the detention order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Thanjavur, in P.D.No.19 of 2015, dated 21.04.2015, ordering to detain one Selvam S/o.Kulandaivelu, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per G.O.Rt.No.3764, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 10.06.2014, the above said detention order has been revoked.

3.In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
