The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Thirunelveli to the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement that the impugned HMOP.No.129 of 2009 has been withdrawn by the respondent herein before the Court below. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the above said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
