This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to execute the non bailable warrant dated 03.03.2017 in C.C.No.154 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) Thoothukudi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous since warrant has been recalled and trial is also commenced.
