*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenu, by name, Selvakumar, S/o.Sekar, [Male, aged 27 years], before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner, the husband of the detenu, is present in Court. The detenu informs of having left the matrimonial home, on account of loss in business and that now he is returning to the matrimonial home. The said position has been informed to the petitioner.

3. Under such circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
