ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 30.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 IPC in Crime No.129 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner stabbed his wife with knife in abdomen and caused injury. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that injured was discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
