O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 361 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today the petitioner as well as the second respondent present before this Court along with their respective counsel and filed a joint compromise memo as per the compromise memo the matter has been settled between the parties and the second respondent agreed to quash the pending First Information Report.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent did not raise any serious objections to quash the First Information Report as against the accused persons.

4. This Court has perused the records and on perusal it is seen that there is a money dispute pending between the parties and due to money dispute this complaint has been lodged by the second respondent. Even according to the complaint no specific allegation as against these petitioners and the allegations are bald and vague. 2/4

5. In view of the above said compromise arrived at between the parties and considering that no offences are made out and the allegaions are vague, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.361 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
