ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are the accused Nos.2 & 3 in Crime No.6 of 2002 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 5 of TNPID Act, which is now pending in C.C.No.4 of 2008 on the file of the learned Special Court for TNPID Act, Madurai, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that due to absence of the petitioners, non-bailable warrant were issued against the petitioners by the trial Court on 22.02.2017. He further submitted that the case is pending before the Court concerned without any progress because of the pendency of Nonbailable warrant against the petitioners. 4.Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Special Judge (TNPID Act cases), Madurai and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within 10 days from the date on which the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy made ready and the learned Judge, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders in accordance with law.
