The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the case in HMOP.No.718 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement that HMOP.No.718 of 2013 was withdrawn by the respondent herein before the Court below. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the above said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
