The petitioner seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering his representation dated 31.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner shall approach the third respondent police with necessary documents and the third respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed. The respondent shall take action as per law on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016 and to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
