ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul District to consider and dispose the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of its filing in connection with the case in Crime No. 153 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sempatti Police Station, Dindigul District. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is innocent and no occurrence took place and prayed that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On the side of the respondent it is stated that the complainant is still in the hospital and there is law and order problem and police picketing is going on at the occurrence place and opposed the grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The offence is serious in nature and that there is law and order problem in that area and also police picketing is going on and that the complainant is still in the hospital.
