2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent; and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Mr.R.Raja, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, C5 Karimedu Police Station (L&O), is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that one Ravikumar and Balamurugan had lodged complaints against the petitioner and petition enquiry was conducted in both complaints and the same was closed on 28.02.2017.
