ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners herein are retired employees of the respondent Corporation. It appears that they are eligible to be paid some amount under what is known as Post Retirement Benefit Scheme. The petitioners have given individual representations. They shall be considered by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the eligible amount shall be disbursed together with the interest at the rate of 6% from the date on which the amount is due to the respective petitioners herein. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
