ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the 1st respondent, not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint, given by the 3rd respondent.

2. The third respondent is the wife of the petitioner. It appears that the matrimonial dispute arose between them. On the basis of the complaint, given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.232/2021. During the course of enquiry, an undertaking was given by the petitioner to the effect that he will deposit a sum of Rs.4 lakhs in the joint account of the petitioner and the third respondent and he will also make all amenities required to the house. On that basis, it came to be closed, on 01.04.2021. Since compromise has been reached between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
