ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court in Crime No. 456 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent dated 19.08.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said case was closed as mistake of fact on 10.11.2017 itself.

4. Perusal of CD file shows that no RCS notice has been served upon the petitioner. Let the RCS notice be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

5. With the above said liberty an direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
