ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to implement the order dated 17.10.2024 in Na.Ka.2615/2024-1/Aa2, within the specified time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4, submitted that earlier civil suits were pending between the parties. However, these civil litigations have now been amicably settled and as of now, there is no dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

4. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
