4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states that based on the complaint given against the petitioners, enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondents police, as the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and the alleged harassment by the respondents police is not at all true.
