When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the trial in S.C.No.38 of 2018 was already over and the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli has convicted the accused No.1 and acquitted the accused Nos.2 and 3.
