ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Mr.G.Mariappan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with regard to a civil dispute, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.3 of 2008 before the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar against one Nagulappan with regard to 4 items of property in Survey Nos.304/3. The suit was decreed in part. Aggrieved by the judgement and decree, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Sub Court, Virudhunagar in A.S.8 of 2016. While so, based on the complaint given by Nagulappan, the second respondent has prevented the petitioner from enjoying the other properties and thereby they are harassing the petitioner.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint given by Nagulappan was enquired into and the same was closed and the second respondent would not harassed the petitioner and they won't interfere with the civil dispute.

5.In the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
