This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.315 of 2016 and file a final report within a time frame. 2.The learend counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, states that in this case, investigation was completed and final report was also laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, on 29.06.2016, but it was not taken on file.
