2. The offence alleged against the petitioner is that he had cheated a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the defacto complainant. Two

cases have been registered against the petitioner one before Keeranur Police Station and another before the Thookamalai Police station for the same offence.

3. On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has submitted accounts in both the police stations and that the transactions is only civil in nature and there are other partners and the petitioner is not aware of the crime number.

4. On the side of the respondent it is stated enquiry is only in CSR stage and compromise is going on.
