(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) Heard the learned counsel for parties.

2. The detenue Priya is present before this Court along with her mother. The third respondent, who is the sister of the detenue, is unable to appear before this Court as she recently delivered baby. The detenue Priya clearly states that she desires https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to go along with the petitioner, who is her husband. They having been married each other and their marriage is solemnized on 22.03.2015 and the same has also been registered before the District Registrar, Pudukkottai on 01.04.2015.

3. The Court questioned the detenue as well as her mother, who is present before this Court. The detenue has clearly stated that she wish to go along with her husband / petitioner herein. The mother of the detenue also states that she is willing to send her daughter along with the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above, no further orders are required. Accordingly, this habeas corpus is disposed of. Sd/- Vacation Officer/ Deputy Registrar(Judl) /True Copy/ -Assistant Registrar To:
