ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.302 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.

2.The petitioner is the sole accused. After receipt of summons from the Court below, the petitioner failed to appear before the trial Court and NBW was issued against him and still it is pending. When the Non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition filed for quash. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
