ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband Saravanan was working as Secondary Grade Warden in Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Department. He passed away on 10.05.2015 while in service. An application for appointment on compassionate ground was submitted in 2017 itself. It has not been considered so far.

3. The first respondent shall pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
