2.The petitioner is a ward member. He had made some allegations against the fifth respondent. The petitioner is not having the numbers on his side. He therefore invoked the suo motu jurisdiction of the first respondent. It seems that the second respondent has already submitted his report. Now it is entirely for the first respondent to take a call in the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
