ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name S.Gnana Shyla, daughter of Amalraj.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., the Sub-Inspector of Police, Aralvaimozhi Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
