ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the pension amount was remitted to the account of the petitioner and submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
