[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishna Dass, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is to release the vehicle, which has been seized by the respondents on the ground that it was carrying illegally quarried gravel. 3.The identical issue was considered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P(MD)No.3998 of 2021 and by order, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.7741 of 2021 23.03.2021, the said Writ Petition was disposed of by directing the petitioner therein to approach the jurisdictional designated Court. Therefore, we cannot entertain this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned designated Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
