This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 07.12.2021 made in E.A.No.132 of 2019 in unnumbered E.A.No.--/2019 in E.P.No.123/2018 in R.C.O.P.No.23/2017 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai (Rent Control Authority).

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous, since delivery has been effected in respect of the subject property .

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
