ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., to transfer the case in S.C.No.93 of 2015, pending on the file of the Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Karur to any appropriate Court situated in adjacent Districts other than Karur. 2.The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit though he has filed this transfer application to transfer the case in S.C.No.93 of 2015, pending on the file of the Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Karur to any appropriate Court situated in adjacent Districts other than Karur. His prayer is only to give protection at the time of giving evidence by the complainant and P.W.1 and other witnesses.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State fairly conceded for the relief sought by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, the first and second respondents are directed to give adequate police protection to enable the prosecution witness and other witness to give their evidence.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
