(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) Heard the learned counsel for parties.
2. The petitioner is the husband of Jesuva, detenue herein. He has filed this petition to produce her before this Court along with the minor son, namely, Sumith, aged about 2 3⁄4 years. The petitioner states that he and Jesuva got married and they have two children. The elder one is aged about 6 years, who is under the care and custody of the petitioner herein. Whileso, from 02.05.2015, his wife Jesuva was missing and despite enquiry with all the neighbours and relatives including the inlaws. Since he unable to trace his wife, he has approached this Court seeking the relief as stated above.
3. The wife along with the minor son, namely, Sumith, has appeared before this Court and stated that there was a slightly misunderstanding between herself and the petitioner, as a result of which she went to her near relative's house. She further stated that she is ready to bury all the differences and willing to join with her husband along with the minor son.
4. The Court has also questioned the petitioner, who is willing to accept his wife and he has stated before this Court that he has no grievance against his wife.

5. In the light of the stand taken by the parties, this habeas corpus stands disposed of.
