This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to commence the investigation and file final report in Crime No.139 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kulathur Police Station, Tuticorin. 2.The learend counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondents.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, states that in this case, after conducting the investigation, the case in Crime No.139 of 2015 closed as undetected, on 03.09.2016 and RCS notice was served to the petitioner.
