ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.291 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai and transfer the same to any other Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Despite service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through pleader.

4.The petitioner has made allegations against the Presiding Officer. Without going into the merits of the said allegations, I am inclined to transfer the suit in O.S.No.291 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Kulithalai. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P., is allowed and O.S.No.291 of 2013, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy. The learned District Munsif, Kulithalai, is directed to send the case bundles to the I Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy, immediately. The Registry is also directed to send back the papers that are pending before the Registry. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
