This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the complaint, dated 26.08.2016, which is pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thiruvadanai Police Station and direct the authorities to investigate the matter in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner.

5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
