ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, in Crime No.506 of 2009 in C.C.No.135 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to the absence of the petitioner, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner by the trial Court on 22.12.2015. 3.Considering the above fact, this court is of the view that the petitioner is having remedy before the trial court and that there is no necessity for the petitioner to approach this court and that the vacation court is only meant for doing emergent works, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
