O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer the proceedings in M.C.No.28 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from physical disorder, due to which, he will not be able to travel for a long distance. The petitioner is also required intermittent self-catheterization of bladder 5-6 times a day. Therefore, the petitioner will not be able to attend the proceedings at Villupuram. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking for transfer the proceedings from Villupuram to Madurai. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is working as a Teacher and he will not be able to travel Madurai for every hearing.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner shall be dispensed with by the Family Court, Villupuram. The petitioner shall be represented by a counsel. The counsel representing the petitioner shall cross examine the witnesses on the same day, they are examined in chief. Since the case is of the year 2016, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Villupuram to complete the proceedings within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
