*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondents, alleging that his daughter, B.Venila, aged 25 years, has been found missing from 22.03.2015 onwards. In this regard, a case has been registered in Crime No. 131 of 2015 under Section 109 and 366 of I.P.C. The girl has not been secured so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R3 and also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in connection with the said case, three accused were already arrested. But even then, the location of the girl could not be ascertained. It appears that the girl has eloped with the fourth respondent.

4. Having regard to the above, since the investigation is pending and the same is going on in a right direction, we could not find any ground to issue any direction.

5. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, however leaving it open for the petitioner to appear before this Court after reasonable time. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (Crl.Side) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar pjl/pm To
