ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,341,294(b), 323,324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner was not able to attend the trial court on 27.04.2018 and Non Bailable Warrant was issued and he requested this Court to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner instead of approaching the trial court with recall petition has approached this Court.
