ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, without following the due process of law based on the false complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the enquiry is now pending. However, they will complete the enquiry within a week.

3. Since the second respondent denied the alleged harassment made by the petitioner and they called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose, based on the complaint given by the third respondent and also the second respondent assured to complete the enquiry within a week, recording the above said 2/4

submission of the second respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
