ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners based upon the false complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint preferred against the petitioners herein, the petitioners was enquired; after enquiry, the petition was closed; now the presence of the petitioners is not required; and the 3rd and 4th respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
