O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to complete the trial in J.C.NO.12 of 2013 pending on its file and dispose of the same within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the occurrence had taken place, the petitioner was studying 5th Standard and now he is studying +2 and the delay, in disposal of the case, causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar, is directed to complete the trial in J.C.NO.12 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.10.2016.

5.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
