ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 29.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 IPC @ 120(b), 450, 394 r/w 397 and 302 IPC in Crime No.624 of 2015 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.07.2015 the de fact complainant's wife and his mother were attacked. Due to which, the wife of the de facto complainant died.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only based on the confession of the first accused, the petitioner was implicated in this case and was arrested. He further submitted that the petitioner was in custody for the past 75 days. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two
