This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence he prays to quash the FIR. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that nine witnesses were already examined and they are about to file a final report. Also, he submitted that the petitioner has involved in several other criminal cases also. 4.Though the parties have settled their issue, considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
