ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.71 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 16.03.2023, by way of e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court to take the final report on file in connection with the case in Crime No.71 of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report 2/4

if he is still aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
