O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondent and thereby, the mother of the 3rd respondent lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. Based on the same, the 2nd respondent has started to harass the petitioner and thereby, he sent a representation dated 04.03.2025, but the same has not been considered by the respondents no. 1 and 2. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the mother of the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the said complaint was enquired and closed based on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will redeem the jewels Page No. 2 of 4

within a month. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner as against the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the complaint lodged by the mother of the 3rd respondent. For enquiry purpose only, the 2nd respondent called the petitioner and the petitioner has also participated in the enquiry and thereafter the complaint was closed.
