ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.338 of 2022 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case was originally registered as a case in counter. Since the petitioner was found to be the aggressor, the respondent Police has closed the complaint of the petitioner and filed the final report in the counter complaint. The RCS notice was also served on the petitioner on 02.07.2022.

3. If the petitioner is having any grievance, she can file a private complaint before the concerned Court.
