010600/CRS-99/22/2023, dated 09.01.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.18,694/- incurred by the petitioner for taking treatment at Deepam Hospital, Bodinayakkanoor with interest at the rate of 9% from 24.01.2023 i.e., genuineness certificate issued by the fifth respondent till the date of reimbursement made to the petitioner within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
