ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the I.A.No.62 of 2014 in un-Regd H.M.O.P.No. /2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam and transfer it to the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. The respondent filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P., along with I.A.No.62 of 2014 before the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam.

3. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 02.06.2014. The petitioner is seeking transfer of I.A.No.62 of 2014 for convenience shake from Sub Court, Uthamalapayam to Sub Court, Kovilpatti. Now one year has been lapsed from the date of marriage. Therefore, I.A.No.62 of 2014 has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above fact, this petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file a Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition as and when the H.M.O.P., is numbered. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
